Renting a practice room at Stories Breda has two parts: a membership from € 39.50 per month, and the hours you book. Rates for the hours in Breda will be announced once they are set.

So you are not paying for a room that sits empty the rest of the week, but for the time you see your clients. The two steps are below: first your membership, then your hours.

Stories works differently than renting your own practice room. Instead of paying hundreds of euros a month for a room that sits empty most of the week, you only pay for the hours you actually see clients. Your monthly cost is made up of two parts:

On top of your membership you book the hours in which you see your clients, and there are two ways to do that. With Flex hours you book by the hour, useful if your week varies or you are just starting out. With a fixed daypart you have the same room at the same time every week.

If you work on fixed client days, a daypart is almost always better value than individual hours. If you do not yet know what your week will look like, start with Flex hours and switch later. Rates for Breda will be announced once they are set.

A fixed daypart is invoiced monthly, on top of your Essentials membership of € 39.50 per month. Suppose you see your clients every Wednesday morning. You then reserve one fixed daypart and the room is guaranteed yours at that moment, every week.
